Milk is a low fat product and an excellent source of calcium and vitamin D. It can contribute to strong and healthy bones while maintaining muscle mass, thanks to high levels of casein (milk protein). Due to its extraordinary qualities, it is not surprising that our relationship with milk does not and cannot finish after breast feeding. Milk is a source of important nutrients for the growth, development and maintenance of our bodies, as demonstrated by scientific research and supported by its long consumption history.
WHERE IT COMES FROM
Our farmers start the milking process every day from 5 am. The cattle are milked in the fields, where they graze all year around in an idyllic environment that it’s reflected in the excellent quality of the milk we collect.
Milk provides considerable quantities of proteins of high biological value, in addition to calcium, vitamin B2, vitamin B12, phosphorus, iodine and potassium.
